Exmouth TrainingTraining has been under way for 3 weeks and the players to a break from routine with an evening of fitness training on Exmouth beach. Fitness coach Martin Ash can be seen putting some of the players through their paces as they escape the incoming tide. Or was it an excuse for a few beers in the pub after!!

Training is held at the Club on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6.45pm - New players very welcome.

Exmouth TrainingAfter a punishing training session on the beach at Exmouth - the players wound down with a game of hide and seek. Coach Wayne Reed looks down from his vantage point to spot those in hiding amongst the dunes. The clever ones were across the road in the pub!
